Notice is hereby given that The Elmira Heights Zoning Board of Appeals will hold their annual Organizational Meeting, with a public hearing to follow, on November 17, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall, 215 Elmwood Ave., Elmira Heights, NY, 14903. Chase Fuhlhage of 258 W. 19th St. is requesting an area variance on his garage to increase the height limitations from a 15’ peak to a 20’ peak. This meeting is open to the public and all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
