Village Board meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM. at the Village Complex, 215 Elmwood Avenue, Elmira Heights, New York 14903
The organizational meeting is held on the first Monday in April of each year at 7:00 PM. followed by the regular meeting for the month of April.
